DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

Brianna XO Cosmetics is and will remain a cruelty-free company. We do not test our products on animals and we will continue to hold true to this.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on our contact page. If you have already received a tracking number in your email your order can not be canceled.

 
 NOTE: If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order and will not provide any refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review all orders before checking out.

  

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping takes 2-8 business days due to the pandemic. Weekends and holidays are not included.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Tracking numbers are sent out via email when your order is processed. It takes 3-5 business days to process your order. You can also use the app SHOP. Weekends and holidays are not included. In the rare case that you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days of placing an order please contact us. We try our best to get your order to you swiftly without complications. 

   

WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to offer any returns for any of our items due to the fact that of the pandemic. This regulation is in place for sanitary purposes and Brianna XO Cosmetics does its very best to ensure the health and safety of our customers.

 

MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?

When this happens more than likely the package was marked as delivered accidentally and will arrive the following business day. In a rare case that it does not, please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for packages once they are out of our hand and the carrier has received it. To ensure you receive your package track your order and be available to receive your package on the set date. 

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO THE SENDER? 

If your package is returned to us after an attempted delivery you have 2 options.
 1: We can send the package back to you but you will be responsible for covering the shipping fee. 

2: We can refund you for the products you purchased but shipping fee WILL NOT be included in the refund.
